• Telegram messaging
• SMS text messaging (powered by Twilio)
• Web interface

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction to use Archer. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

When you register with Archer, we may create a digital wallet on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Archer:

• You consent to receive text messages related to your account, transactions, and service updates
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

SMS services are provided through Twilio. By using SMS features, you also agree to Twilio's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Cryptocurrency and Trading

Risk Disclosure: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Prices are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly in short periods.

• Archer does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Only trade with funds you can afford to lose
• Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible

7. Wallet Services

Archer may create and manage cryptocurrency wallets on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• Private keys are encrypted and stored securely
• You are responsible for any assets deposited to your wallet
• We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain network issues, smart contract bugs, or protocol failures
• Supported networks include Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, and other EVM-compatible chains

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized systems
• Use the service to launder money or finance terrorism
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Abuse, harass, or send spam through our messaging systems

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRISTERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tristero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining assets from your wallet.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the service or by other means. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
