Tristero Research, Inc. ("Tristero," "we," "us," or "our") operates Archer, a trading assistant service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
This policy describes our data practices. It does not, by itself, provide consent to promotional messaging or authorize access to another person's accounts. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately.
Transactions on public blockchains are inherently public. We may collect and store blockchain transaction data associated with your wallet addresses.
We use collected information to:
Archer processes your destination identifiers, message content, and delivery records to communicate through the channels you use. Account and transaction messages are distinct from optional digests and promotional product updates. Providing a phone number or accepting our Terms does not by itself authorize marketing messages where separate consent is required.
To request that messages stop, reply STOP on SMS, use the subscription or unsubscribe controls offered for the relevant channel, or contact support@tristero.com. You can request an opt-out from all marketing messages. For help identifying a subscription or linked account, contact support. We retain records of opt-out requests to help respect those choices. Opting out of marketing does not itself close your account or cancel an order.
Group messages and assistant responses may be visible to other participants and to the group or workspace administrators according to the messaging platform's rules. Participants may copy or forward them. Adding Archer to a group does not grant the group access to a participant's private accounts or permission to trade on their behalf. Share private account details through an appropriate private channel.
Messaging services, bridges, carriers, and email providers process data needed to carry messages. Messages delivered to Archer are processed by Archer and its service providers; encryption offered by a messaging platform does not mean the assistant cannot read the messages it receives. Notification previews may also appear on your device. We do not sell phone numbers or message data to third parties for marketing.
The providers involved depend on the features and channels you use. Data may be processed by:
Supported integrations include Telegram, Signal, Apple iMessage/SMS through BlueBubbles, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and email services. Twilio may be used for SMS integrations where configured. The relevant messaging platform and delivery providers process destination identifiers, content, and delivery information under their applicable policies. Availability varies by integration.
Messages, relevant conversation history, and information returned by connected tools may be sent to AI providers to generate responses. Current integrations include DeepSeek for assistant processing and OpenRouter, which routes requests to model providers, for features such as dashboard drafting. Other configured integrations may include Anthropic. The provider used depends on the feature and configuration.
Connected tools may process the information needed to carry out your requests, such as market queries, wallet addresses, or transaction details. Authorized personnel may review conversation and activity records for support, debugging, security, and service quality. This policy does not grant a new permission to use your private conversations for unrelated model training. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Encryption at rest does not mean Archer cannot access a managed key when needed for wallet operations. Do not put seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or recovery codes in ordinary chat messages or group chats.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:
Your account security history shows the latest 20 sign-ins from the past 90 days. Sign-in records older than 90 days are removed at your next sign-in; inactive accounts may retain older records until then. The browser-recognition cookie lasts up to 90 days and can be cleared in your browser.
Message history is retained for service improvement and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data subject to legal retention requirements. Delivery receipts, duplicate-prevention identifiers, and opt-out records may be retained separately from active message history to prevent repeat sends, honor preferences, and investigate disputes. Deletion from Archer does not remove public blockchain transactions or copies retained independently by other participants and messaging platforms. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date, with additional notice or consent where required by law. A policy update does not retroactively authorize a materially different use of previously collected information where additional consent is required.
